Pinnacle Protection Plan
The Pinnacle Plan, our most comprehensive protection option, is the HIGHEST level of protection we offer to our customers. Basically, if it’s not listed in the exclusion section on the contract - it’s covered! Exclusions are normal maintenance items such as battery, brakes, light bulbs, belts, tires, wheels, etc. Coverage meets or exceeds even most Factory Certified programs and upto 7 years / 100,000 miles. Ultimate peace of mind protection for your vehicle!

Labor The authorized time for a repair shall be based on the current Mitchell’s Mechanical Labor Estimating Guide, and the hourly labor rate will be based on the shop’s accepted flat rate to repair or replace the covered component in question. |

Rental Benefits You will be reimbursed twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for each eight hours of Mitchell’s Mechanical Labor Estimating Guide time to repair or replace the covered component with a maximum benefit of three hundred ($300.00) dollars per claim. |
Towing Should your vehicle need to be towed due to the failure of a covered component, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair center, up to a maximum of fifty ($50.00) dollars. |
24-Hour Roadside Assistance Roadside assistance also provides: battery service, jump start; flat-tire; fuel, oil and water delivery; and lockout assistance. Coverage is provided up to the covered vehicle only. Nationwide Roadside Assistance: (800) 418-9836. |
