Guarantee Process Details:

Upon securing the vehicle with a small deposit, the Buyer has up to five days to complete the transaction. Within that five day period, the Buyer may view, inspect and test drive the vehicle in person or via independent 3rd party. We welcome and encourage third party Buyers inpections. Within the five day period, the Buyer may set up an inspection at a mechanic or franchise service department of your choosing within a ten mile radius of our dealership and we will gladly deliver the vehicle there for inspection. If, for absolutely any reason, the Buyer is not 100% satisfied with the outcome of the inspection, Excellence Cars Direct will void the transaction and refund deposit in full with no questions asked and without any recourse.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee Stipulations & Limitations:

1. Buyer is responsible for the inspection cost. Cost must be paid up front, prior to vehicle drop-off.

2. Vehicle inspection must be done prior to the completion of the purchase. 

3. Purchaser signature on the Buyers Order / Purchase Agreement constitutes completion of purchase.

4. Completion of purchase constitutes acceptance of vehicle condition and 100% Buyer Satisfaction.
